    Basic Cleaning: (Takes 3-4 hours cleaning service)

• 1 bedroom apartment - $100
• 2 bedroom apartment - $125
• 3 bedroom apartment - $150
• Apartment (2000-2500 ft²) - $160
• Apartment (2500-3500 ft²) - $240-$260
• House (3500-5000 ft² ) $350-$400
• Hourly Rate per Person: Basic $25/hr; Deep $30/hr

Clients provide all of the supplies necessary to complete the cleaning (cleaning liquids, broom, mop, vacuum, rags, sponges).

Cleaning Technique

Filipino house cleaners are trained to use ergonomic and nontoxic cleaning techniques and will:

• Stardard cleaning supplies include concentrated grocery store type chemicals that are used in most homes today.
• Select durable tools such as reusable cloths, rather than paper towels or disposable wipes and mops
• Use proven cleaning techniques to apply these products and tools in the most effective ways
• Use ergonomic cleaning and lifting skills to avoid injury

Filipino house cleaners will work with you to determine your cleaning needs from deep cleaning to regular maintenance and deliver the best possible service to efficiently clean and organize your home.

Please note that you may request cleaning of the inside of the refrigerator or oven for an additional $15 each.
